Mission
1. To preserve and carry on life traditions related to arts, culture, and local wisdom.
2. To promote and promulgate works of arts and culture and local wisdom overseas.
3. To create a learning network, corporate arts and culture and local wisdom between the university and the community, as well as external agencies in both national and international level.
4. To support the university's relational missions in arts and culture and local wisdom.
